Answer :
Not applied to
protect shareholders because the company’s manager had failed to warn all of
them the risk at the indian plant.

corporation (USA) in accordance with the legal or moral standards or ethical?
Answer :
Not appropriate
because the company Union Carbide India Ltd has not metlegal and ethical
standards that have seen set by the parent company. Therefore, many
events-events that occur due to dipabrik undesirable omission of officers and
the lack of training provided and because a majority of the employees of the
illiterate so don’t know the dangers of pesticides used. And result in
catastrophic burning of storage tanks.
The reason why we choose CLIENT
Client for our groups name is because it just simply to
remember by using that name (CLIENT) also the meaning of client is the maker of
the Alliance (person or body) that makes Alliance with one or more members of
the IAI-KAP or KAP of the members working for professional services. So we hope
